Read MoreMidlands Hubs is the network of Remote Working, Co-working, Incubation Hubs and Enterprise Centres located throughout the Region.
Our mission is to ensure members success by showcasing their remote hubs as a destination of choice where one can work, study & collaborate.
With the rise of remote and hybrid working, our hubs are best positioned to cater to those workers living locally and visiting. Our Hub Managers provide the space where opportunities arise, and meaningful connections are made. Our network caters to employees, business owners, mature students, and the larger SME’s and TNC’s wishing to set-up ‘second site’ locations outside our coastal cities.
Midlands Hubs (Midlands Network of Co-working Facilities) is an initiative of the four midlands local authorities and is supported by the National Just Transition Fund. The Midlands of Ireland is a thriving, vibrant region providing opportunities for living, learning, enterprise and tourism. Encompassing the counties of Laois, Offaly, Longford and Westmeath, it’s home to almost 317,000 people.
The landscape of the Midland Region is diverse, dominated by the River Shannon and its callows along the western boundary, interspersed with the lakes, wetlands, bogs, agricultural lands and eskers throughout the central area, the upland area of Slieve Bloom Mountains to the south and the rolling landscape of the Barrow and Nore valley to the south east.
