Our Tullamore DEW Distillery is the sole “Grain to Glass” whiskey manufacturing facility in Ireland, and we pride ourselves on a seamless process that begins with unprocessed cereal and concludes with a meticulously crafted bottle of whiskey — all under one roof. From cultivating the raw grains to the final bottling, our commitment to authenticity and quality shines through, creating a distinctive and exceptional whiskey that encapsulates the essence of our craft and the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making.
We use rainwater harvesting for whiskey manufacturing, energy recovery programs, chip and briquette making facilities for used casks, among many, many others.
The process of making our spirits is a modern take on a traditional craft, ranging from distillation to cask coopering.

We are cerified Origin Green from 2018 onwards. We have also won numerous awards at the International Spirits Challenge over the years. Tullamore DEW was a medal winner at the Irish Whiskey Awards 2023.
