Born from the innovative spirit of Dead Centre’s founders, the soda venture introduces a standout small-batch Lemonade—a first of its kind in Ireland. Conceived during lockdown while crafting a Radler (50% lemonade, 50% ale), the effervescent Lemonade stole the spotlight, inspiring The Irish Craft Soda Co. Crafted from only four natural ingredients, it promises big flavour without sulphites, preservatives, or enhancers. Best served chilled or as a mixer, the Lemonade is just the beginning, with a planned range of core flavors and limited editions. Available in select SuperValus and independent stores, this refreshing venture aims to fizz up Irish craft soda.
