Boasting the largest elder tree orchard in Ireland, our expansive grove is home to over 2,000 trees. Crafted with care, our drinks feature freshly picked elderflowers and elderberries, free from concentrate, artificial sweeteners, or sulphites. A stylish alternative to alcohol, our drinks add a touch of sophistication to all family occasions, ensuring everyone can indulge in the exquisite flavors of our thoughtfully crafted beverages.
We meter all our energy usage; we use a cardboard converter to convert clean, used cardboard into protective packaging; we harvest rainwater for washing vehicles & yards, and also for watering the elder trees; we use LED bulbs in the production unit.
