Crafted with premium local ingredients, O’Mimo’s range introduces exciting flavours to the market, catering to those who seek culinary adventure. The Chilli Madness Sauces, a delight for chilli lovers of all ages, offer versatility with varying heat levels. The best-selling Apple Chilli Sage Jam, made with Irish Bramley Apples, fresh chillies, and garden sage, is a beloved favourite. The latest addition, Chilli Mango Mania, features Alphonso, the King of Mangoes, delivering a fiery delight. O’Mimo’s Chilli Madness has earned acclaim at Irish festivals and tastings, endorsed by culinary figures like Darina Allen, Sally & John McKenna, and Rachel Allen. Proud members of Laois Taste, a local food and drink producers’ group, O’Mimo’s is committed to staying local, sustainable, and circular.
We work with our Local Enterprise Office in Laois to train on sustainability best practice. All our packaging is made with sustainable and recyclable materials. We have very little food waste and we use our by products to make other edible products, which are currently not for sale.
We produce our sauces and jams in small batch homemade methods.
