Odlums are proud to be milling and packing flour in Ireland for over 170 years. Originally established in Co. Laois by the Odlum family in 1845, Odlums has been an integral part of Irish baking and cooking for generations.
Today, we are proud to be able to continue to produce premium baking ingredients for home bakers and novice cooks the length and breadth of the country. Our distinctive cream packaging and famous Odlums Owl logo are instantly recognisable. In fact, the owl is actually part of the Odlum family crest.
Odlums is now part of Valeo Foods, with our Odlums Mill based in Portarlington, Co. Laois.
