Sustainability Practices

Our honeybees are treatment free, we do not use chemicals. We do not feed our honeybees, we only take off a surplus of honey if they can spare it. All our beehives overwinter on their own honey stores from Ivy and Heather. We are fully sustainable as all our energy comes from Solar Panels. We have rainwater systems in place. All our beeswax products are produced from our honeybees.

Craft Methods

Our Native honeybees forage Horse chestnut, Sycamore, Willow, Hawthorn, Blackberry, Raspberry, Clover, Meadowsweet, Willow herb, Heather, Ivy and all the local wildflowers. The honey after harvesting and extraction retains all the local pollens, natural enzymes & vitamins, because there is no filtering or heating. We also produce artisan hand made beeswax candles and beeswax products such as bees wax polishes and balms.
