Garryhinch Wood Exotic Mushrooms

About

Garryhinch Wood Exotic Mushrooms is a family-run farm on the Laois Offaly border, specialising in high-quality organic mushrooms known for their health benefits. Cultivated from sawmill and farming waste streams, we grow a diverse range of mushrooms, including Shiitake, Maitake, White Beech, Lions Mane, Forest Nameko, and various Oyster mushrooms. Our organic approach means we don’t use any chemical fertilisers, pesticides, and artificial chemicals. Emphasising sustainability, we prioritise responsible mushroom cultivation to minimize our environmental impact. Being 100% Irish, our mushrooms are grown and packed on our farm, showcasing a commitment to local produce. Not only delicious but also versatile, our exotic mushrooms are a wholesome addition to your diet. Thanks to their organic cultivation, our mushrooms boast an extended shelf life compared to conventionally grown varieties.
