We grow and process the Hemp Seeds on our own farm, literally Farm to Fork. Hemp Seed products are incredibly nutritious, Hemp Hearts are high in Protein, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Fibre and Omega 3 & 6 with a source of Potassium while Milled Hemp are high in Vitamin B12, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Fibre and Omega 3 & 6 with a source of Protein and Potassium.
Both Hemp Hearts and Milled Hemp can be added to any meal to boost nutrition such as cereals, yogurts, smoothies, desserts, soups, stews, salads, snacks, baking, stir-fry etc.
Hemp plants act as "Nature's Purifier" sequestering CO2 and purifying the air between 2 to 4 times more efficiently than trees.
