We’re a small family run Organic Farm and meat processing business based in Co. Laois.
We have Irelands Finest Selection of Fresh Irish Organic Meats. Our Organic Beef and Lamb are mostly reared on our own farm with a few local organic farms supplementing our supply occasionally. We also source Organic Pork and Bacon from Rathgarogue Organic Farm, New Ross, Co. Wexford, whilst our Organic Chickens come from Margaret McDonnell in the Curragh Co. Kildare. There are little or no Food Miles on our Organic Meats!
We farm our land organically and rear our own Organic Beef and Organic Lamb.
Our business is fully artistan: We dry cure by hand all our Bacon and Corned Beef. We make Traditional Irish Sausages, our own Black & White Puddings. We bone carcasses of Beef, Lamb and Pork and we use a nose to tail approach offering our customers both the usual and unusual cuts of meat & offal.
