We are Irish chefs with classical training and a background in Michelin-starred establishments like Campagne and Thyme, bringing a wealth of culinary experience. Daniel honed his skills under pastry chef Amaury Guichon and both attended a chocolate masterclass by world-renowned Vincent Valeé. Our culinary roots trace back to our fathers and the comforting home cooking of their mothers, inspiring a shared love for food. Despite the pandemic, we were passionate about creating a business that provided a special experience for our customers. The pandemic was the catalyst of this venture, Bon Chocolatiers, in 2020. Despite setbacks, our passion for chocolate and ambition to craft something extraordinary resulted in an award-winning range of Irish artisan chocolates, each a unique blend of flavours and artistic design. Our creations, handmade in Athlone, offer customers a memorable and delectable experience, with seasonal boxes available for online order and doorstep delivery.
