We have made a point to keep all of our hedgerows and trees on our farm in their place to encourage biodiversity. Our farmland is also a prime malting barley growing location, and has been for five generations, so by continuing this craft we are not exhausting the land. Our brewing water is also sourced from our very own 18th century well on our farm.
We produce our granola using artisan methods.
