The future of advanced manufacturing in the Midlands looks bright as close to 200 attendees came together for the annual ATIM Gala Dinner at the Mullingar Park Hotel. Hosted by the ATIM (Advanced Technology in Manufacturing) Cluster, the event saw members and stakeholders from across the region and beyond come together for an evening presenting the perfect opportunity for industry leaders to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the achievements and innovations of the many leading advanced manufacturing businesses which form the cluster.

Special guest for the evening was Olympian Sharlene Mawdsley, speaking to attendees as part of a fireside chat with MC for the evening Ronan Berry and providing a warm and engaging insight into what it takes to reach the pinnacle of sport through dedication, hard work and self-belief, as well as a strong team. Cluster Manager Caitriona Mordan and Chair Tony Woods of Midlands Steel spoke to the significant achievements of the cluster to date in driving collaboration and supporting manufacturing businesses across the region and beyond.
