IntegriLeads are an award-winning ‘appointment-setting’ company based in Bloom HQ, County Laois, who work with national and international clients. They work with Marketing and Sales departments in companies to convert leads into business. The company is managed by three Laois women; Aisling Kirwan (Sales Director), Jayne Delaney (Operations Director) and Eimear O Connor (Delivery Director). They worked together for seven years before setting up their own business. The name ‘Integrileads’ was made up by a friend, inspired by their ethos, which is; ‘Integrity, Communication and Transparency’.
What is appointment setting?
According to Operations Director, Jayne Delaney; “Both appointment setting and lead generation involve talking to potential clients, but appointment setting takes it a step further by putting a date on the calendar and establishing the time you will be in contact with the prospect.” Their potential clients are all in the ‘tech space’ so they work with mainly cyber security or service providers. Sales Director, Aisling Kirwan explains “we’re basically the door openers and the potential companies sales people go and do the sales. Because of the huge cost in training staff who tend to move onto another job quickly, it makes sense to outsource.” Aisling goes onto say; “our team here in Integrileads work on individual campaigns for companies and they are an extension of their sales and marketing team. So we sit somewhere in between their sales and marketing team.” Their job is to look at what the company wants to target, and then find those people. There’s a qualification process to make sure they are the right leads. They then set up that meeting for the sales team and they take it from there and are ready to go.
Working in Bloom HQ
On describing Bloom HQ, Jayne says, “Once you step in the door it’s hard to turn back. After Covid, everyone wanted to be back in the office. With ten staff, Bloom HQ is such a lovely space to work. The team have a great social life here too, they can go to the gym on sight, take part in table quizzes in the evenings, chat to other businesses over lunch, it really is a little community.” They also point out how nice it is to have an aesthetically pleasing place to bring clients. “There is lots of free carparking space and it’s so central for clients coming from all parts of the country. In the summertime, we even have the gorgeous garden which is right outside our window.”
Integrileads are award-winning
According to Aisling when they started out they went for a number of competitions. They won ‘Best Start Up’ IBYE from the Local Enterprise Office in Laois which was €15,000. To get to that stage Aisling explains; “it was the first time we actually became disciplined. We were under pressure to do our business plan, which was a good thing. We put a five year strategy in place, asking ourselves, how many staff do we need, how many clients do we need. When we actually won, it imade us realise that we know what we are doing and it gave us a real pep in our step. Then we got the business expansion grant.”
About future plans, they say they are at a lovely stage now where “we are asking ourselves do we take on more staff and grow or do we just steady the ship”. It’s a good dilemma. For more check Integrileads website.
